Apple Tapioca Pudding

Try this tasty pudding recipe yourself. You will love it!
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup pearl tapioca
7 sour apples
Cold water
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
METHODS
1. Soak the tapioca 1 hour in cold water.
2. Drain the cold water, and add boiling water and salt.
3. Cook in double boiler until transparent.
4. Core and pare apples, arrange in buttered pudding-dish.
5. Fill cavities with sugar.
6. Pour over tapioca and bake in moderate oven until apples becomes soften.
7. Serve with sugar and cream.
