Butterscotch cookies with white chocolate

Crunchy & Yummy!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
2 cups All Purpose flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsps vanilla essence
3 tbsp light cream
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
METHODS
1. Preheat the oeven to 180C (350F).
2. Cream the butter with sugar and beat for 3 mins.
3. Add in eggs and beat until fluffy. Beat in Cream and
vanilla essence.
4. Mix in cocoa powder, baking soda, all-purpose flour,
butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips over batter
and mix well.
5. Drop small spoonful of batter onto the greased cookie sheet
and bake for 9 mins.
6. Let cool & enjoy the cookies.
