Chinese Style Barbecued Spare Ribs

All the flavours are lock in the tender and juicy spare ribs.
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds spare ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp rice wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp chicken stock
METHODS
Place spare ribs in a large baking dish in one layer.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour over spare ribs and coat on both sides.
Marinate overnight, basting occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Place a large, shallow roasting pan on the oven bottom.
Fill with 1/2 inch water.
Place spare ribs on a roasting rack.
Roast ribs for 45 minutes.
Raise oven temperature to 450F and roast for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
