Chocolate Velvet Cheese Cake

Chocolate velvet cheese cake with vanilla wafer crumbs and pecans.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Margarine, Softened
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbl Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
6 oz Semi-sweet Chips, Melted
3 tbl Almond Flavored Liqueur
2 cup Sour Cream
METHODS
Combine crumbs, pecans, granulated sugar and margarine.
Press onto bottom of a 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and brown sugar in a electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add in chocolate and liqueur.
Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Combine sour cream and granulated sugar.
Carefully spread over cheesecake and bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Let it cool before removing rim of pan and chill in the refrigerator.
