Corn Flake Macaroons

Corn flakes macaroons cookies for all occasions.
INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups corn flake cereal
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
METHODS
Preheat oven to 325 F. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until becoming foamy.
Stir in the cream of tartar and vanilla.
Gradually add the sugar, beating until stiff and glossy.
Stir in corn flake cereal, coconut and pecan.
Spray cookie sheets with a vegetable cooking spray.
Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove immediately from the cookie sheets. Cool the cookies on wire racks.
