Creamy Chicken Soup

It tastes delicious. Can be served with a main dish.


INGREDIENTS

100 g shredded boneless chicken pieces
500 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp white flour
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp fresh cream
Salt and white pepper to taste



METHODS

1. Heat the butter in a pan and stir-fry the shredded chicken pieces until tender.

2. Remove from the pan and keep aside.

3. In the same pan heat the oil and splutter the cumin seeds.

4. Add the chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds.

5. Add the white flour and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

6. Add the chicken pieces, chicken stock, white pepper powder and salt.

7. Cook on medium level while stirring for about 4 minutes.

8. Stir in the fresh cream just before serving.
