Pork Chop Potato Chip Grill

Pork chop with potato chips.
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp. oil
4 to 6 pork chops
Beat well:
1 egg
1 c. water
1 cup potato chips, crushed
METHODS
Place oil on cookie sheet.
Dip chops into egg, water mixture, then into crushed chips, coating well with chips.
Press chips in with hands if necessary.
Place on grill or under broiler until browned on both sides.
Chips seal in flavor and juices.
