Pork with Paprika

Serve with rice or potatoes and vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
500 g pork
40 g oil
1 large onion
Pinch of Caraway seeds
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp seasoning mix
Salt to taste
METHODS
1. Chop onion. Cut pork into small squares.
2. With medium heat, slightly brown the onion in oil.
3. Add paprika, pork, caraway seeds, pepper, salt, and seasoning mix. Mix while heating.
4. Brown pork slightly, turn heat down and add water. Let this boil until the meat is soft.
