Shrimp in Garlic Butter

This quick and easy dish is great for serving to friends who don't mind getting their hands dirty.
INGREDIENTS
2 lb. jumbo shrimp in their shells
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves; crushed
Small Bunch Italian Parsley; finely chopped
Grated Zest
2 Lemons; juiced
METHODS
1. Rinse the shrimp in a colander.
2. Remove the heads and let drain.
3. Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan either on the shave top or on an outdoor grill.
4. Add the garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the lemon juice.
6. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
7. Add the shrimp and cook them for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink.
8. Remove from heat, sprinkle with the parsley and serve with warm bread.
